Why Good Deed Group?

I chose this team because I believe in the desire to give back to our community. Whether it be charity based or simply the time we share with others and volunteer activities.
What do you like about being a part of the Good Deed Group?
Short answer, the people I work with! Being a part of Dave Perry-Miller affords us many resources and folks who are well versed in all things Real Estate. With the Good Deed Group, I am lucky to have the knowledge of pros like Ged Dipprey and Linda Ward to bounce ideas off of.
What did you do before Real Estate?
I spent 18 years as a Pharmaceutical Rep. I enjoyed working with doctors, nurses and their staff on bettering the health of their patients. It is a changing landscape and the ability to adapt to those changes was paramount, much like that in the Real Estate Market.
What area of Dallas do you live in?
I am proud to work and live in North Oak Cliff. I love helping the families here sell and find their next dream home!
What is the first place you lived in Oak Cliff?
We rented an adorable French Tudor 3 bedroom home on Kings Highway.
What is your favorite local restaurant?
I love Calle Doce! Great Tex-Mex and a great family owned establishment.
Fun Fact about yourself?
I played football as a walk-on wide receiver for Central Arkansas for two years. Injuries forced me to hang it up.
Tell us about your Family?
I’m a Mid-Westner by birth, family moved to small town Arkansas as a boy, but now I’ve been a proud Texan for 20 years! My wife Meredith, raised in Lakewood and proud Woodrow Wilson alum, runs a highly successful public relations firm named Bread & Butter PR. We have two elementary aged children. Max 11 and Eve 8, who attend Rosemont Elementary, the local school steps from our home in Oak Cliff.
