I chose good Dave-Perry Miller- or the Good Deed Group because of their community involvement. Knowing that your work is helping so many people helps you more motivated to bounce out of bed every day and work hard.

I LOVE my team! They are such smart and well-grounded family oriented, guys that are involved in the community. We communicate frequently throughout the day and support each other as a team.

What did you do before Real Estate?

I was a commercial real estate broker for several years before diving into commercial real estate appraisal as a senior analyst. As an analyst, you have to understand all current and future market conditions that will affect a real estate transaction, and in some cases, do a lot of hand-holding throughout the property exchange.

What area of Dallas do you live in?

I have lived in Winnetka Heights area of Oak Cliff since 2000. Oak Cliff’s natural beauty, historically and architecturally relevant home supply, and diverse neighborhoods are three reasons to consider moving to the Oak Cliff area.

What is the first place you lived in Oak Cliff?

Winnetka Heights…Still!

What is your favorite local restaurant?

I LOVE Boulevardier and Lucia…both in Bishop Arts.

Fun Fact about yourself?

I enjoy helping with wild-life rehabilitation. My friend in East Texas has a farm that is dedicated to wild life rehabilitation. We have fostered every wild animal imaginable.
