The southernmost of the “Kessler” neighborhoods, Kessler Plaza began development in the late 1930s. The Kessler Plaza Neighborhood Association, founded in 1993, is committed to the homeowners who live here. Residents can attend monthly meetings, while several picnics held throughout the year bring them together. Preserving the quality of life and the beauty of the area remains their top priority.
